Information and Help Desk
You can find an information desk centrally located in Terminal A. Courtesy telephones are available in each gate area and in other areas of the terminal.

Airport Facilities
Money and phone: The airport offers a bank, situated at the main entrance on Hollywood Boulevard, near the economy car park C. You can also find ATMs around the terminal.
Eating and drinking: The airport offers a large variety of snack bars and restaurants.
Shopping: There are different gift shops within the terminal, including newsagents.
Luggage services: The airport offers a lost property service.
Other facilities: A shoeshine service is available.

Conference and Business Facilities
Two conference rooms are available to the public on a pre-arranged basis. You can make reservations through the airport's Operations Department (tel: (818) 840 8833). The Glendale Room accommodates 12 to15 people and the Skyroom can seat up195 people. Both of them are hired by the hour or in three-hour blocks. At the nearby Hilton Burbank Airport & Convention Centre (tel: (818) 843 6000), extensive business and conference facilities are available.

Disabled Facilities
The airport offers services for the disabled people, including TDD phones located at gates A1, A6, B3 and the Terminal B lobby. Since all aircraft are boarded via stairs, elevators are available.
